“In the future, everyone in the world will be famous for 15 minutes.” – Andy Worhol
So goes the famous quote. Some people seek it out and others, fame just finds them. I don’t think I fall into either of those categories, but when ESPN’s College Game Day TV crew came knocking on our tailgate party, I figured why the heck not. I guess the crew saw a fun possibility, when they saw the lone Gopher fan in the sea of orange. So there I was, yelling for my team while the crowd yelled back for the other. We didn’t think much of it, until someone who had been at the tailgate said it ran as the opening segment for the game. For once, I was glad the games get taped in our house, so I would be able to see it. So this layout came out of that moment. Even though it was more like 15 seconds, I think it counts.
Not really a glamour shot, but a fun reminder of the day, well at least for me, since the Gophers won.
