Finally Spring Flowers!

All Things Disney

I keep dreaming of a Disney vacation. I haven’t been in so long, and I really want to see what Disney World is like these days. There are so many things to do and see that weren’t there the last time I visited. Today in the Scrap Girls newsletter I published an article about my Disney dream. You can see the text of the article here, (at least for about a week). It’s the May 3, 2010 newsletter. Along with the article, I published this layout about seeing Mickey Mouse ears in everything I see. A fun play on the recent American Express commercials and “Faces” book by Jean and Francois Robert.

Even reading blogs, you can find Mickey Mouse ears, like these I found at Bakerella.com in their April 11, 2010 post. These are just the cutest things ever. You can see the whole article here.

Bracketology

Every year, one of the most exciting days in our house is the NCAA Men’s basketball tournament selection day. This year was no exception. I know there are always people who are excited and those that are disappointed, but since I can’t change the committee’s selections, I can only go with what is there. I am truly looking forward to seeing how Syracuse plays through the tournament. I think they are an exciting team this year and hope they do well. I am also thrilled that Minnesota made it. Although they lost the Big 10 Title game, I think it was great that they were there and I hope the make a good run in the tournament as well. Baylor could be really fun to watch and there are plenty of other great match-ups to unfold in the next few weeks. Time to go fill out a bracket and let’s go dancing!
